Brown butter Chocolate Chip Cookie Recipe

The perfect balance…

This chocolate chip recipe is like no other, the sweetness is just right. I included whole wheat flout to the mix to give it those round balanced flavors. Browning the butter gives it that buttery and nutty taste.

I have made this recipe for my family and its always a win!

RECIPE:

400 grams All purpose flour

177 grams Whole wheat flour (Einkorn/Spelt/Sonora)

117 grams Brown Butter

119 grams Unsalted European Butter (room temp.)

300 grams Brown Sugar

220 grams Sugar

10 grams vanilla extract

5 grams Sea Salt

3 whole eggs (room temp. )

7 grams Baking Soda

7 grams Baking Powder

330 grams Semi sweet chocolate chips

Garnish- Maldon salt

Preheat oven - 325 F

8 minutes rotate 4 minutes
